Awakening Through Kindness with Eileen Marder-Mirman
A Nondual Kabbalistic Healing Workshop
New York, NY
We usually think of healing and spiritual awakening as the result of achieving certain goals in meditation, chanting or other spiritual practice such as silencing the mind, eradicating the ego, or merging into the Oneness of the Absolute. But what if awakening is actually something else entirely? What if awakening is becoming who you already are: an imperfect human being? This is kindness itself in action. During this workshop we will attempt to leave our preconceptions behind and explore the What-Actually-Is, and through that, the healing and awakening which arise directly from the cultivation of kindness. Nondual Kabbalistic Healing is based on a new paradigm that heals on the physical, psychological and spiritual levels. In its relational perspective it supports our on-going journey toward an awakened condition. This modality, created by modern Kabbalist and Buddhist teacher Jason Shulman, is a deeply transformative healing path for both healers and clients. It is currently being studied and practiced in ASOS (A Society of Souls) communities in the United States and the Netherlands. The profound insights of this path are equally valuable for those in the healing arts, such as psychotherapists, energy healers and bodyworkers, nurses, chiropractors and doctors, as well as for those in other careers, such as artists, corporate executives, lawyers, teachers, and all others interested in healing the body, mind and spirit. For more than 30 years, Eileen Marder-Mirman has specialized in integrating spirituality and alternative healing in her healing/ psychotherapy practice on Long Island, Manhattan and long distance. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and a nationally certified counselor. Eileen leads healing retreats in the U.S. and Europe and has been teaching the various training programs with A Society of Souls, the School for Nondual Healing and Awakening. She received dharma transmission from her teacher Jason Shulman in July of 2012.
