These are the VIP area of the arena, they initially included attendance to the Joey Kramer, Brad Whitford and Tom Hamilton Q however it states in the transaction information that if they are transferred the bonus end up being void. You can definitely still attempt to obtain in, I have no idea if they'll inspect ID or not, but I can't guarantee they'll work.
