Jan Michael Alejandro, Nail Soup Productions & The Altadena Ale House Presents: The third Annual Los Angeles Limerick Festival “The 2010 and 2011 Limerick Festivals were such a huge success, that this year, Ale House owners Gale and Judah Casburn and Nail Soup Productions want the proceeds to go to “A Case for the Cure” to benefit The City of Hope and cancer research.” said Jan Michael Alejandro, founder of Nail Soup Productions. “We had no idea that so many people would come to the Limerick Fests, but the patron’s of The Altadena Ale House always rise to the occasion. Not only do they write original material, many of them come up on stage and perform them." Video clips of the first Annual Los Angeles Limerick Fest can be seen on YouTube. This year’s LA Limerick Fest will be hosted again by 100.3 FM radio personality, Mimi Chen, as the Mistress of Ceremony and will feature Tess Vigeland formerly of NPR, Helen Geller, Jeff Goode, Jan Michael Alejandro , Limericks from political satirist & economist’s, Madeleine Begun Kane & Dr. Goose, and many more. About the third Annual Los Angeles Limerick Fest When: Wednesday 12/12/12 7:00PM to 10:00PM Doors open 6:45PM. Admission $10 (Proceeds to go to “A Case for the Cure” to benefit The City of Hope.)
