All parking in this garage will be compensated for providing you bring the ticket to the event. Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? You can contact us during normal business hours at (813) 283-0642 or send an email to (click to respond) with any additional questions. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? yes, please bring your ticket so we know you attended, thank you. What is the refund policy? If you cannot attend the event, please notify us so we may release the seat at least 48hours before the event for a full refund. Unfortunately if we are notified within 48hours of the event we cannot offer a refund. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? If you book the event and then cannot attend simply give your ticket to the person you would like to attend in your place.
