Kick off your New Year's Resolutions by releasing stress and improving your healthhttp://www.mynewsletterbuilder.com/email/newsletter/1411579191Fusion Massage & b.Pilates have partnered to bring you an amazing workshop with focus on your shoulders. 80% of people carry stress in their shoulders and as a result have problems with movement, restricted range of motion, pain, discomfort and tightness.If you have any or all of the above shoulder problems then this workshop is for you.This is a semi-private (2 person) workshop to receive the most individualized information. We will be focusing on stability and releasing tension in order to increase mobility and efficiency through the shoulder girdle. Please note that each workshop time slot will have two people going through at the same time. You will be using the Pilates Reformer to warm up the shoulders and bring awareness to your movement and any restrictions you may have. This will be followed by a 30 min shoulder massage focusing on releasing tension, allowing for increased movement. You will then be lead through light yoga shoulder stretching. The day will conclude with an optional group Pilates mat class at 1:00pm.We have time slots available at:9:30a, 10a, 10:30a & 11aThis is going to be a fun workshop with music and refreshments. The doors will open at 9am, you can arrive anytime before your scheduled workshop and you are welcome to stay until the mat class or leave and come back for it.Please contact us with any questions you have.(A deposit of 50% of the workshop cost is required at time of registration.
