We all love to be inspired, but you know what's sexier than inspiration? Getting stuff done CS Mastermind Groups are small groups of three to 4 people that meet to provide collaboration , feedback and accountability for your goals . Participants act as catalysts for growth , devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues .Here's how it works:You bring a personal/professional project that you want to accomplish/make progress on in 30 days. Each person gets fifteen minutes to be in the "hot seat" to share, collect feedback and be held accountable for a goal you set in the following format: 1) What are you working on? 2) Describe your current challenge. What do you need help with? 3) What is your goal to accomplish before the next session? At the end of your "group time," each person is paired up with a peer coach that will hold you accountable for the goal you set and follows up with you in 30 days. If you're tired of setting goals, but never achieving them join us on Tuesday, February 5 at 7 PM and get stuff done! Accountability is the difference between talking about it and doing it.
