All annual passholder must have their ID or passport to be able to register for an annual pass.Payment & Pickup: You will need to pay and pickup your order ticket at the office. Office adress: 3151 Cahuenga Blvd. W suite 103, Los Angeles, CA, 90068.Parking: You can park at our Office building parking garage, we will reimburse your parking fee if you get charge.Refund Policy: All our Universal Studios tickets are admission guaranteed, therefore, we will not issue any refund. You will NOT have any problems using these tickets.
